PSIRA Grades E to A
Each grade is assessed practically as well as theoretically. Groups stay small so instructors can correct habits before they reach a client's gate.
Entry-level registration. Basic security officer duties, patrolling, observation and reporting.
Access and egress control, occurrence books, and the discipline expected on a client site.
Site supervision fundamentals, incident handling and evidence-quality reporting.
Shift and team supervision, rostering, discipline and client communication.
Site and contract management, risk planning and operational accountability.
